Cafe Aspen's extensive menu features a variety of tempting dishes.
Light fare includes a vegetable quiche with a small spinach salad as well as chicken quesadillas.  We also serve a vegetarian version of quesadillas upon request.

Sandwiches include a Smoked Salmon Club and Victor's Classic "Almost Vegetarian," a customer favorite that features a grilled Portobello mushroom, mozzarella cheese, apple-smoked bacon and avocado on foccacia bread, served with a cup of soup.
